CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY
CANCELLATION
- No cancellations are allowed once the order is placed.
- Refunds are only applicable for damaged or defective items
RETURN/EXCHANGE
- Online returns must be sent to our India address; in-store exchanges can be done at any of our stores in India.
- Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery for dissatisfaction with color, size, shape, or quality.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging, including invoice. Blouse must remain attached.
- Returns/exchanges are not allowed if the saree has fall/pico done, tags removed, improper folding, or is damaged/not in saleable condition.
- For defective/damaged items, notify us within 3 days and return within 7 days with photos of defects.
- Customers bear return shipping costs and any customs duties; exchanges within Tamil Nadu are free; outside charges apply.
- Weaving artifacts (weft/warp variations) are not eligible.
- False or baseless complaints will not be entertained.
REFUND
- Refunds are only for defective/damaged items and will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- No refunds for dissatisfaction with color, size, shape, or quality—only exchanges allowed.
Exchanges are allowed for items of the same or higher value, with shipping charges borne by the customer
