SHIPPING POLICY

1. Address Accuracy

Customers must provide a complete, accurate, and valid shipping and billing address at the time of placing an order. Sri Aishwarya Sarees shall not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address information. No refunds or claims will be entertained for delays arising from errors in the address provided by the Buyer.

Note:

• Billing Address refers to the address associated with your payment method.
• Shipping Address refers to the destination where the order will be delivered.
• Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed.

2. Order Tracking and Customer Support

After placing your order, you can track its status directly on our website. For any queries, our customer care team is available Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST. You may also reach us at sriaishwaryasarees@gmail.com.

Once your product is dispatched, a tracking code will be provided to track the shipment until delivery.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout and are calculated based on:

• Product weight
• Volume after packaging
• Destination of delivery

All product prices are inclusive of GST.

4. International Orders

For international shipments, VAT, import duties, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are payable to the courier partner at the time of delivery and are additional to the product price. These charges are determined by local authorities and may vary by country.

5. Liability

Sri Aishwarya Sarees disclaims liability for delivery delays caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the Buyer
• Unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, customs delays)
