1. Sale and Purchase of Goods

Sri Aishwarya Sarees (“Seller”) agrees to sell, and you (“Buyer”) agree to purchase, the goods described on the checkout page (“Goods”) in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

2. Purchase Price

The Buyer agrees to pay the price displayed on the website for the Goods at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

3. Payment Terms

The total purchase amount shall be paid in full by the Buyer at the time of checkout, unless otherwise specified. The Seller reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in case of non-payment, including recovery of collection costs, legal fees, and associated expenses.

4. Delivery

Deliveries will be made in accordance with the Seller’s prevailing shipping policy. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors. While every effort will be made to meet estimated timelines, the Seller shall not be held liable for delays beyond its control. Goods will be packaged as per Seller’s standard practices unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, the Buyer/recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws of the destination country. Import duties, taxes, and clearance charges are the sole responsibility of the Buyer and may be collected by the carrier on behalf of local authorities. The Seller has no control over such charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs clearance may cause delivery delays beyond the estimated timeframe. The Buyer may be required to provide supporting documents (such as a tax ID, social security number, or proof of address) as mandated by local customs authorities.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty/Limitation of Liability

Except as expressly stated, the Goods are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of the sale, delivery, or use of the Goods. In no event shall liability exceed the net purchase price of the Goods actually paid by the Buyer.

7. Colour Disclaimer

Due to variations in screen settings, photography lighting, and monitor calibration, the colours of products displayed on the website may differ slightly from the actual product. Such variations shall not be deemed defects or grounds for return.

8. Force Majeure

The Seller shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, labour disputes, government restrictions, supply shortages, power outages, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

9. General

  • The Buyer may not assign or transfer rights under this Agreement without prior written consent of the Seller.
  • If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.
  • This Agreement may only be modified in writing with the Seller’s consent.
  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
